I really enjoyed my stay at Club Quarters. The location is fantastic, especially being near the 9/11 Memorial. it made exploring the area super easy. The staff truly made a difference. They were incredibly welcoming and always ready to help with anything I needed. I loved the complimentary coffee and filtered water stations on every floor. that was a nice touch. My room had a great view of the World Trade Center, and the bed was one of the most comfortable I've used in a hotel. Unfortunately, there were some issues. I found the Wi-Fi to be inconsistent, which caused frustration while streaming my shows. Also, the room felt a bit cramped after a couple of days, and housekeeping didn’t always stock enough essentials for my stay. It felt inconvenient having to call for more toilet paper and towels regularly. Overall, I would stay here again because of the location and friendly staff, but I hope they can improve the maintenance of room supplies and Wi-Fi.

The culinary scene around here is a treasure trove! Check out Bill's Bar & Burger for top-notch burgers, and if you're craving Italian, dive into the delights at Schilling. Those savory plates are just the ticket! Plus, the location is prime, adding accessibility to subways—a win-win.

Let's be real, the noise from the HVAC is a buzzkill, even when it’s off—earplugs are a must! And a safe would’ve been way nicer than a microwave. Not to mention that cleanliness could be cranked up a notch. we spotted peeling wallpaper and some dust bunnies hanging out.

After a long day, relaxing on the sun terrace or hanging out in the leisure room was just what I needed. Just a heads up, the mattress was a bit overly soft for my taste, but that didn’t stop me from enjoying my stay! ☕️
